At our core, we all want to be fulfilled. We want to feel like we’re living the biggest, best, most awesome life we can.
Sounds peachy, right?
But how the heck do I figure that out?
That’s where I come in.
My role isn’t to tell you what to do. It’s not to fix you, to save you, or to give you the answers.
My job as a coach is to support you in moving from where you’re at to where you want to be. It’s to open your eyes, to point out when the itty bitty shitty committee (saboteur, gremlin, inner critic—whatever you want to call the voice of your limiting beliefs) is driving your life, and to hold you accountable. It’s to help you clarify your values, to come up with a guiding mission for your life, and to get you to the awesome you deserve.
You’re not a problem to be fixed, a mistake to be solved.
You already have everything you need to be awesome.
You have a life to be lived, don’t you want to do it on purpose?
I am trained in Co-Active Coaching, which is a kind of life coaching that places the coachee and coach on a level ground as co-creators of the coachee’s best life possible. As a client, you’re held as naturally creative, resourceful and whole and I believe that you are entirely capable of coming up with the answers to address the problems you’re facing in your life. My role is to ask you powerful questions, to listen and to bring out the creativity and the ability that you already have.
This kind of coaching can help whether you’re struggling with a specific problem (disordered eating, money problems, relationship issues, career woes) or just want to improve yourself and your circumstances more generally. The best way to know what Co-Active coaching is is to experience it. I offer a free intro session to anyone who’s interested in signing up for coaching with me–what are you waiting for?
